Last Friday, we met for a management workshop. We talked about what we want to improve in the new year and how we can further optimize our collaboration and processes. We also developed plans on how we can respond even better to the needs of our customers.
One highlight was the presentations by our managers, who shared their ideas and perspectives on effective workflows and innovative product development.
After the workshop, there was time for discussion and exchange in a relaxed atmosphere over dinner.
