Stephan, what inspired you to establish an IT company?
During my time as a consultant, I witnessed the immense potential of the IT industry and was fascinated by the idea of working in an ever-changing and expanding field.
What aspect of your job do you find most annoying?
Although I enjoy tackling challenges that demand creativity, I find that accounting is the exact opposite - excessively rigid and monotonous. It lacks the imaginative element required to generate ideas and present them to our team and customers.
What do you take pride in?
Undoubtedly, I take pride in our North IT team. Our staff members make me laugh, and working alongside such incredible people brings joy to my job.
What are the characteristics you look for in a potential employee?
When hiring for North IT, I seek out candidates who are not only intelligent but also adaptable. Rather than prioritizing those who already possess all the answers, I value those who are curious and open to learning. Ultimately, smart and inquisitive people are the ones who move our software development company forward and facilitate its growth.
